*8 The hot water at the hand sink nearest the prep cooler was turned off due to a drip leak. The hot water was turned back on. The leak must be repaired so that the hand sink remains accessible for use.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/12/2022
*14 *Debris observed on the interior of the ice machine. Clean and sanitize according to manufacturer's instructuctions.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/10/2022
*26 *Chemical spray bottles and personal care items (shaving cream, etc.) were stored on a shelf near packaged food and/or food contact utensils. These items were voluntarily relocated to prevent cross contamination.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
   
General Remarks
-One fryer basket handle was covered with tape. The owner removed the basket and will not use it. Once utensils become worn or damaged, they must be replaced.
-Do not re-use cardboard boxes for storage of food or utensils.
